About Greenform

Greenform began with a simple idea, that a houseplant should arrive healthy, settle in fast, and be easy to look after. Too much of what gets sold online is shipped tired, packed badly, and handed over with no useful information. We wanted to do the opposite.

How we work

We are based in Auckland and we ship throughout New Zealand. Every plant is selected from growers we know, checked the morning it goes out, and packed in boxes designed to hold moisture and stop movement in transit. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for an order.

We photograph every plant ourselves, in the same light, against the same background, so what you see is what turns up. Sizes are listed by pot diameter, so a 14cm plant is a 14cm plant, not a guess.

Care that carries on after the sale

Every order ships with a care card written for New Zealand conditions. Our seasons run opposite to the Northern Hemisphere, our light is harsher, and our winters are colder indoors than most care advice assumes. The guides on this site are written with that in mind.

If something is not going well, tell us. We would rather help you fix a plant than sell you a replacement.

What we promise

Your plant arrives in good condition or we make it right. If you open the box and something looks wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will sort it out.
