About Greenform

Greenform began with a simple idea, that houseplants can be more than just a dehydrated shrub in the corner. We want to see how far we can push plants as organic, decorative pieces for any interior space. We want to sell the best plants with a mutual understanding that we will help you to ensure the plant thrives in your space. 

How we work

We are based in Auckland and we ship throughout New Zealand. Every plant is selected from growers we know, checked the morning it goes out, and packed in boxes designed to hold moisture and stop movement in transit. Nothing sits in a warehouse or a retail store waiting for an owner. 

We photograph every plant ourselves, straight from the actual crop your plant will be from.

Some of our plants are too big to be shipped, so we offer pickup for these plants.

Care that carries on after the sale

Our seasons run opposite to the Northern Hemisphere, our light is harsher, and our winters are colder indoors than most care advice assumes. Every product page carries care notes written with that in mind, and our plant guides go further for anyone who wants the whole picture.

If something is not going well, tell us. We would rather help you fix a plant than sell you a replacement.

What we promise

Your plant arrives in good condition or we make it right. If you open the box and something looks wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will sort it out.
