<h2>These terms</h2>
<p>These terms apply to your use of greenform.store and to any order you place with Greenform. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms, and the version live on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.</p>

<h2>Who we are</h2>
<p>Greenform is a New Zealand retailer of indoor plants, based in Auckland. Contact: <a href="mailto:mitch@greenform.nz">mitch@greenform.nz</a>.</p>

<h2>Orders</h2>
<p>An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a plant sells out or arrives from our grower in poor condition, we will contact you and refund you in full.</p>
<p>We may cancel or limit orders where we suspect fraud, or where an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price.</p>

<h2>Prices and payment</h2>
<p>Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.</p>

<h2>Living products</h2>
<p>Plants are living things. Leaf size, height, patterning and flower colour vary between individual plants of the same variety, and your plant will not be identical to the photograph. Plants also change over time in your care. Product photographs show a representative plant of the size listed.</p>
<p>Pot sizes are listed by pot diameter in centimetres. Height varies.</p>

<h2>Care information</h2>
<p>Care guides, care cards and product page advice are given in good faith and are general in nature. Growing conditions vary between homes, and we cannot guarantee a specific result. Our guarantee is set out in the refund and returns policy.</p>

<h2>Toxicity</h2>
<p>Some plants we sell are toxic to people and animals if eaten. Where this applies we note it on the product page. It is your responsibility to place plants safely in your home.</p>

<h2>Your consumer rights</h2>
<p>Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you buy for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act is excluded to the extent permitted by law.</p>

<h2>Our liability</h2>
<p>To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.</p>

<h2>Content on this site</h2>
<p>Photographs, care guides and other content on this site belong to Greenform. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.</p>

<h2>Governing law</h2>
<p>These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.</p>
