Shipping policy

<h2>Where we ship</h2>
<p>We ship to residential and business addresses throughout New Zealand, both islands. We do not ship internationally. Live plants cannot cross the border without export documentation we do not currently seek.</p>

<h2>Rates</h2>
<p>Standard nationwide delivery is $15. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.</p>

<h2>When your order goes out</h2>
<p>Plants are picked and packed the morning they ship. We dispatch Monday to Wednesday so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend. Orders placed from Thursday onward go out the following week.</p>
<p>Expect one to two working days for North Island delivery and two to three for the South Island. Rural addresses add a day.</p>

<h2>How plants are packed</h2>
<p>Each plant is secured at the pot so the root ball cannot move, wrapped in a plastic sleeve hold moisture, and boxed with the foliage protected. The soil is watered before packing, so your plant will not need water the moment it arrives.</p>

<h2>Weather</h2>
<p>Very cold snaps and heatwaves are hard on plants in transit. If conditions in your region look risky we will hold your order for a few days and email you rather than send a plant into weather that will damage it.</p>

<h2>When it arrives</h2>
<p>Unbox your plant the day it arrives, even if you cannot deal with it properly until later. Give it a few days in indirect light before repotting or moving it into its final spot.</p>

<h2>Problems</h2>
